How we work

At Holly Wood, we love the process of creating as much as we love the product. We encourage all of our clients to involve themselves in the process of designing their dream spaces - at the end of the day, you will be the ones living and working in them. 

Step 1: Choose your design package. Each option caters to a different need. Whether you are just browsing your option or ready to take on your renovation project, choose the package that suits you best. 

Step 2: Once you have paid for your design package online, on of our sales team will be in touch to ask you a few questions. This guides us in the design and process that best suits you. 

Step 3: We will provide you with your cost estimate or designs, depending on your chose package. From here, you will decide if and when you'd like to go ahead. Delivery time varies from 6-10 weeks from the time the deposit is paid, depending on our current capacity and the size of the job. 

Step 4: This is the time for you to decide whether you'd like to utilise any of our additional design services such as 3D photo-realistic rendering of your entire renovation, or project management of all building works to be done as part of your renovation. 

Step 5: It's time to choose your finishes. We encourage you to come into our showroom to have a look at paint colours, handles and tops. You will be helped by your dedicated designer to make these decisions. 

Step 6: Installation day. It is very important that the site is cleared and ready for installation on the agreed upon day. On installation day, our stone suppliers will measure up for your tops if you have chosen stone. 

Step 7: Stone tops are installed 2 weeks after the kitchen is delivered. 

Step 8: It's time for you to enjoy your beautiful new space.
